Welcome to 4U1 Thank you for your keenness to read the terms and conditions of your use of 4U1By registering for the 4U1 service, you agree to the following terms and conditions, and this is the case you undertake not to violate, and they may change from time to time, so be sure to follow them regularly, and if you are not satisfied with any of the 4U1 terms and conditions or you violate them in any way, you will have to immediately stop using 4U1 or you will be banned. As these conditions are designed to ensure that 4U1 works efficiently for everyone.

 

All of the following are prohibited to be sold or bought on 4U1:

  • Pornographic products and services, nude and obscene images.
  •  All products, services, and advertisements that oppose religions and beliefs and that encourage violence, hatred, terrorism, and all that call for aggression.
  • Alcoholic beverages of all kinds.
  • Blood and human organs.
  • Narcotics and cigarettes of all kinds Drugs and tools for their manufacture and use in accordance with Canadian laws.
  • Electronic monitoring equipment that is illegally designed or used to record highly private actions or interactions of others without their permission.
  • Identification documents, personal financial records, and personal information (in any form including mailing lists).
  • Items that encourage or facilitate illegal activities.
  • Police uniforms, and cards, government licenses or cards.
  •  Illicit products and services.
  •  Various burglary tools, fireworks, explosives, weapons and destructive devices, and dangerous materials.
  •  Illegal betting on races, competitions, lottery tickets, and slot machines.
  •  All that is abuse and bad exploitation of children.
  •  Medical prescriptions.
  •  Coins, stamps, documents, and counterfeit products.
  • The overriding of intellectual property and copyright and patents stolen property.

 

By using 4U1 you have made a commitment that you will not do any of these prohibited actions:

  • Violation of laws.
  • Fraud or misrepresentation.
  • Violation of the rights of others.
  • Post or make available any spam, chain letters, or unwanted messages which are known as the machinations of hierarchical fraud.
  • Disseminate viruses or other technologically harmful material that may harm 4U1 or harm the interests or property of its users.
  • Imposing a burden on our infrastructure or imposing something that conflicts with the proper functioning of 4U1.
  • Copy, distribute, or modify the contents of the property of others.

 

 :In case of misuse of 4U1

Help us keep 4U1 safe by informing us if there are any problems or bad content that violates the terms of use, and you can do that by emailing us at 4U1  so that we can together make the site work efficiently and securely for everyone.

Our services will be banned or suspended and any content that violates the terms of use will be deleted, and technical and legal steps will be taken to prevent users from continuing to use 4U1 if we find that they are causing problems or behaving against our policies.

However, whether we decide to take any of these actions, by removing fraudulent content or suspension of a 4U1 user or not, we are not liable to monitor 4U1 or monitor unauthorized content or illegal to 4U1 or the way 4U1 users use it.
